WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE IN THE FUNDRAISER?

 

The Fundraiser is a critical portion of the EPJFL and the Junior Football League of Central Illinois (JFLOCI).

Football leagues in the Chicago area charge a straight fee of $350 per player per year. This fee does not purchase the equipment for the player, but is the cost for the player to just be involved.

The JFLOCI and EPJFL have maintained a low Registration fee for the past 10 years. This registration covers only a portion of the organization’s cost. The fundraiser is what allows us to subsidize the other cost not covered by the $85 registration fee :

  • Officals for each game. Over 85 games are played each weekend, with 4 to 5 Officals per game.
  • Insurance. Every person present on a practice or playing field is covered by the JFLOCI policy.
  • Seasonal Equipment needs and Equipment Upgrades. All Seasonal Equipment purchases and Equipment upgrades (Jerseys, Shoulder Pads, Helmets, Pants, Pant pads, etc.) are funded by the Fundraiser.
  • General Administration for 27 Areas.

Form Collection.

  • Flag Forms are due: TBD 
  • Tackle Forms are due: TBD 
  • Turn in your forms to your Head Coach, Team Mom or Concession Stand. 

Item Delivery.

  • Fundraiser items will be delivered at 5:30pm.
  • Parents must pickup and sign for their child’s items.
  • All items will be distributed out of the back of the deliver truck.
  • It will be dark if you wait to pick them up at the end of practice.

Money Collection.

  • All money is due on the above dates. 
  • Fundraiser money is to be turned in at the Concession Stand window.

Prize Delivery.

  • Prizes will be handed out at the end of the season banquet.

Late Payments

  • Pictures will not be delivered to anyone that has not paid.
